Timetable Scheduling
For all your lesson scheduling and timetabling needs, the Timetable is uniquely designed for the way music teachers operate. Using layers, you can see at a glace student's regular schedules along with any actual lesson changes, attendance and payment status.
Charges & Payments
To keep track of lesson payments, MusicSoft records the payment status of individual lessons even if paid in bulk. Lesson Charges can be used to build an invoice and product a payment history.Other charges can also be recorded alongside lesson charges.

Auto Lesson Reminders
MusicSoft can be configured to automatically send lesson reminders to students via email or SMS or display an alert. This is a powerful, automated tool which will perform follow-up and reminding for you, reducing missed lessons due to forgetfulness (Professional Edition).
Resources & Loans
Many music teachers hold a large library of albums and sheet music along with CDs and music tracks. A library of items that can be used and loaned to students can be utilitized.For items sold to students such as guitar picks, sheet music and instruments, these modules maintain your stock on hand and allow you the option to hire out instruments (School Edition).
